Q: I bought my item in a retail store can I return online?
A：Items purchased at a retail location must be returned to that same location and are subject to the studios return policy.
Q: When will I receive my refund?
A：Please allow up to 15 days,from the day you ship your return item,for your return to be processed.Your return tracking number is the best way to confirm your return has been successfully delivered to our warehouse.
Q: Exchanges
A：We currently do not offer exchanges for orders outside of the China .You can return your item(s)for a full refund.
